Warranty
I offer a 15-day warranty for repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge. If your jewelry is outside of the warranty, you will be paying the shipping fee to deliver the item to me for repair and back to you.
After 15 days I will charge a small fee depending on the condition of the jewelry. You will pay for both ways shipping.

Our materials are high quality and we encourage you to take good care of your jewelry.
Keep your jewelry away from contact with water.
Please remove the jewelry before washing hands, swimming or applying body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps and lotion as this could harm the metals and reduce the lifetime of plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase.
Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. Your custom product is built to your specification, your order cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded and/or credited for another product purchase after we have received your impressions. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded.
